If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact shepherdvoiceinfo@gmail.com and include the email used at checkout.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Unused credits from accidental purchases are the easiest to resolve.

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove existing token balance.
